Our “Customer Service” department in “Auckland location” is now looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customers’ needs and offer appropriate solutions, products, or services to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
- Accurately review inbound quotes and orders and inputting into ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
- Follow company guidelines and policies to handle customer complaints, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

Your Background
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
