Your unique contribution
As the face and voice of our Auckland office, your role of Receptionist will play a pivotal role in keeping the team humming. You will be the first point of contact for all general office functions with key responsibilities including (but not limited to):
- Prompt & professional operation of the switchboard, ensuring all calls are redirected appropriately
- Ensuring all visitors are greeted in a warm and friendly manner upon their arrival to the office
- Assisting with processing purchase orders and coordination of travel arrangements as required
- Sorting and distribution of the incoming and outgoing mail
- Overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area, kitchen, and other communal areas
- Provision of general administrative support as required.
