Salary Range:

$80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year base salary (which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, geographic location, business needs, and market demand).

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Junior Front-End Developer based in our New York City office. The internal title will be “Service Delivery Engineer”. In this role, you will be involved in the implementation of large scale digital marketing campaigns across a range of online channels for Fortune 500 customers. This will require solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, Photoshop and JavaScript. Work will span over various channels such as web, email, Facebook, and display. You will work with teams of solutions consultants, product managers or analysts, and account managers to set up and deliver our integrations with the worlds’ largest marketing platforms and clients. You will maintain overall responsibility for all operational aspects of a project from pre-launch through launch and on-going support until the end of the project’s revenue lifecycle.

What You Will Work On:

• Set up and configure integrations with client’s marketing platforms to serve Persado content for Email, Web, Facebook, and Push channels
• Ensure that the setup considers all client requirements from content data transfers to conversion tracking with third party analytics or CRM systems
• Ensure on-time and problem-free integration setups by working as part of a cross-functional team
• Ongoing support of client’s campaign content delivery and execution
• Create well documented procedures wherever possible and enforcing adherence to them
• Execute thorough QA processes to ensure flawless and timely delivery of all marketing assets
• Identify, document, and request tools, features and enhancements for Persado’s applications in order to improve operational efficiency and quality
• Possess strong hands-on working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS, as your work will span over various channels such as web, Email, display, Facebook, and mobile

What You Bring:

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in web design and web campaign management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools).
• Strong experience building responsive HTML email templates compatible with all major email clients.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools is a bonus.
• Experience in multiple forms of web advertising (social media, AdWords, email marketing, mobile apps, remarketing) is a strong plus.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work well in diverse teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
