PERSOLKELLY Hiring For Senior/Executive, Lease Management at Singapore Full Time

• Report to the lease management Manager to assist & support in the areas of arrears/ credit control.
• Manage arrears including strategizing settlement agreement, payment schedule, collate related legal documents, assess tenants’ financial standing etc. to derive solutions on rental arrears reduction
• Assist the Manager in the areas of arrears/credit control.
• Working with tenants, asset/ relationship managers and finance departments on rental payments and monitor progress.
• Liaise with lawyer and internal legal advisors on litigation and carry out site legal actions.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimally holding a diploma in Business/ Real Estate Management.
• At least 4 years of relevant lease management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
