ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – HR SPECIALIST: YOUR MISSION
In this part-time role, you keep our business running smoothly by providing support to our owner and general manager. You handle a variety of human resources duties, including posting and tracking job ads. You’re always on the lookout for amazing people who would be a great addition to our team, so you conduct applicant phone screenings and schedule interviews with promising candidates. When we hire new employees, they can rely on you to guide them through the onboarding process. Helpful and friendly, you assist them with submitting paperwork, setting up benefits, and employee training. Our entire team appreciates your efforts as you assist with payroll, handle worker’s comp claims, and plan team-building events and birthday parties.
Highly organized and attentive to detail, you’re entrusted with managing the OSHA and worker’s comp logs and maintaining our MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) binder. You also make sure the operational and employee manuals are kept up to date. You understand the importance of complying with regulations, so you stay informed about issues like minimum wage increases and required signage. Whether you’re analyzing the company’s workload, ordering supplies, or conducting safety meetings, you approach each task with a can-do attitude. You love having a part-time job where your skills are valued and appreciated!
