Job Title: Website Content Coordinator

The candidate will aid in the design, development, maintenance, collation and coordination of new website content that promotes the brand and differentiates us from the competition. At present moment this is an office based position, however there is some flexibility around this.

Job Description:

· Manage and collate the content quality, creation and updates of all pages on the site

· Working in conjunction with the marketing, retail, social media and any other internal teams as well as Brand partners to efficiently strategize, prioritise, schedule and manage our website content

· Creation of captivating copy that reflects the brand personality across all its social channels

· Identifying new content opportunities and ways to repurpose existing content throughout the site to maximise the user experience

· Identifying improvements to site layout and content based on usability and website analytics

· Evaluating and testing links on the website

· Assuring smartphone compatibility

· Conduct content audits to identify gaps and redundancies in the site content.

Qualifications:

• Third level qualification in English, Communications or Marketing desired but not essential.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an ecommerce retail or customer goods role.
• Strong creative, copywriting and product writing skills.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate both internally and externally with different stakeholders in the business
• Experience of Ecommerce platforms, Content management systems, SEO and commercial reporting.
• Experience in ecommerce product display and styling.
• Website and consumer analytic skills, including the ability to link site design and features to strategic objectives.
• New Media Proficiency.

· Excellent time management & planning skills

• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
