What You Will Achieve
The incumbent coordinates material movement between dock, warehouse and first paying customer locations with the goal of creating superior customer experience in a financially viable operation in pursuit of our purpose.
Working with a dynamic team of Customer Fulfillment experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. You will ensure that the products arrive on time and within acceptable quality parameters whilst creating a positive customer experience and meeting the desired marketing & financial objectives. Through your extensive knowledge in logistics management, you will guide the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and systems to meet customer requirements.
As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects in your Operating Unit. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding and developing the team members. You will manage performance of direct and indirect reports and support Operating Unit objectives through goal setting, assessment, coaching and performance evaluation of team members. Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team and outside. You shall be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and set direction for its success.

How You Will Achieve It
Set objectives for and manage multiple projects within the Operating Unit.
Develop innovative, advanced new concepts that improve processes or products across own and related disciplines.
Stay abreast of best practices for processes & tools across our customer touchpoints to achieve customer delight and protect ~ US$ 1.5bn of revenue.
Identify, diagnose, and prioritize opportunities to improve NPS. Partner cross-functionally to socialize and implement improvement initiatives.
Ensure consistent compliance with required regulations, policies, procedures, and Pfizer standards.
Drive Global Supply Chain management system and continuously improve performance levels in line with established objectives.
Provide appropriate performance metrics and tune and direct organizational performance.
Establish and actively manage strong performance based relationships with local and regional Business Unit (BU) leadership, clearly negotiating and defining service level expectations for that market per business unit.
Contribute efforts to efficient capital management including supporting the best inventory today and for the future. Accountable for development and achievement of operating budgets valued at ~ US$ 8mm.
Manage logistics related strategic initiatives, continuous process/cost improvement, operational implementation and process governance across all internal and external networks.
Systematically improve process capabilities, advise on organisational design and business / GSC interfaces, through meeting Market Excellence maturity targets and applying the GSC IMEx Eco System framework.
Be a servant leader who supports all talent in Customer Fulfillment Asia Pacific / GSC to reach their maximum potential to deliver on business unit and strategic projects.
Create a motivated, committed and engaged project team that fosters innovation and professional de velopment.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
> 7 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply and/or Demand operations in a Pharmaceutical, FMCG or e-Commerce environment Good people management experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate in English and preferably a second Asian Pacific language.
Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong competency with tools.
Nice-to-Have
Lean and/or six sigma certified advantageous.
Project Management experience in capacity as project leader/manager.
Ability to lead and/or work with diverse cross functional teams in a matrixed organisation.
Ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies.
Strategic thinking, problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Competence in data analysis and insight development.
