What You Will Achieve
The Sr. Customer Fulfillment Support Manager is a pivotal role in the senior leadership of Customer Fulfillment and is accountable for support and enhancement of the operational business-to-business, business-to-patient Customer Fulfilment activities, in multiple legal entities/markets within Asia Pacific.
They are a servant leader who enables colleagues through trust, support, and encouragement maximising their potential in pursuit of our collective purpose and vision. They create a strong collaborative and engaging organizational culture.
They manage a team of professionals who together support Pfizer, and particularly GSC, achieve their ambitions in areas such as customer experience, environmental sustainability, network optimisation, serialisation, customs, EH&S, and financial health.
They drive a compliant and evolving operating environment guided through internal strategies and goals as well as satisfying external laws and regulations. They create partnerships with Logistics Service Providers and Global Forwarders to deliver operational sustainability, predictability, and business growth in support of an industry leading customer experience.
They are the key responsible to develop, replicate, and drive new Customer Fulfillment capabilities, processes & systems, metrics and partnerships with strategic customers and suppliers. Be a champion of engagement across the Customer Fulfillment network to support larger company objectives.
They demonstrate executive presence and mindset, with the ability to roll up sleeves when necessary. They are a confident communicator, able to present, negotiate and influence at professional, peer and senior executive level alike.
How You Will Achieve It
Set objectives for and manage multiple projects within the Operating Unit.
Develop innovative, advanced new concepts that improve processes or products across own and related disciplines to achieve best in class CX expressed in customer delight metrics.
Drive Global Supply Chain (GSC)management system capability enhancements and continuously improve performance levels in line with established objectives.
Develop appropriate performance metrics and tune and direct organizational performance.
Ensure consistent compliance with required regulations, policies, procedures, and Pfizer standards.
Establish and actively manage strong performance based relationships with business partner leadership, collaborating on capability enhancement and clearly negotiating and defining service level expectations for each initiative.
Contribute efforts to efficient capital management and maintain the best inventory today and for the future.
Lead logistics related strategic initiatives, continuous process/cost improvement, operational implementation and process governance across all internal and external networks.
Develop organizational strategy on logistics partnerships, validating suitability, governance and partnership models.
Lead RFI & RFP events within Asia Pacific guiding teams of subject matter experts to deliverables success.
Manage the co-ordination of the Asia Pacific Customer Fulfillment annual budgeting process and LE updates.
Systematically improve / innovate process capabilities, advise on organisational design and business / GSC interfaces, through meeting Market Excellence maturity targets and applying the GSC IMEx Eco System framework.
Be a servant leader who supports development of all talent in Customer Fulfillment Asia Pacific / GSC to reach their maximum potential to deliver on business unit and strategic projects.
Create a motivated, committed and engaged project team that fosters innovation and professional development.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
+7 years’ experience in Logistics, Supply and/or Demand operations in a Pharmaceutical, FMCG or e-Commerce environment.
Ability to lead and/or work with diverse cross functional teams in a matrixed organisation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate in English and preferably a second Asian Pacific language.
Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
Project Management experience in capacity as project leader/manager.
Strategic thinking, problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Have
Lean and/or six sigma certified advantageous.
Ability to interact and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and strong competency with tools.
Competence in data analysis and insight development.
