What You Will Achieve
You will be accountable for the execution of trial work and the supply of material from the Technology Innovation Centre (TIC) in Pfizer Newbridge. The role will include Safety and GMP compliance, work scheduling, area readiness and ownership of equipment, systems and facility.
This is not a people management role
Responsibilities

Area Readiness
- Ensuring all equipment and applications are maintained in a safe and compliant condition to deliver on commitments to site and Pfizer network
- Ownership, Qualification and GMP compliance of new areas and equipment

Planning & Scheduling
- Efficient scheduling of clinical trial supplies, Global Technical hub projects and site support activities.

IMEx processes
- Leads Tier 1 and 2 meetings in the DOC as per IMEx standards, with ownership of visual management processes and related systems in the TIC
- Coordination and execution of continuous improvement of TIC systems including coordination with support functions – BT, Engineering, EHS and Quality
- Coordination of data integrity, safety, and compliance GEMBAs and actions in the TIC ensuring area is audit ready.

Quality
- Timely closure of actions and incidents related to the TIC utilizing the Digital Operation Centre.
- Compliance with site GMP, clinical and controlled drugs license conditions.

Training
- Creating an agile team within the TIC through speed to competency programmes in compliance with Organizational Learning.

Knowledge Management
- Knowledge capture and management of information, records and data relating to TIC investigations, processes, and products
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education:
Third level (NFQ Level 7) degree or diploma from a recognised institution in a science related subject.
Experience :
Experience in a pharmaceutical oral solid dose manufacturing with experience in manufacturing processes and Pfizer systems.
Knowledge of cGMP and Safety procedures.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
