Our organization is growing! We are a dietary supplement and pharmaceutical packager with a small but amazing team. This role requires a hands on individual who is dependable, eager to learn, has great follow through and follow up skills, and is detail oriented.

· ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Purchase Order creation and tracking
o Maintain logs for nonconformance, deviation, complaints, and change control (receipt, closure, etc.)
o Entry of production data into ERP
o Track timely completion of incoming inspection
o File, scan, and archive training documents, completed investigations, and other documents
o Submit receiving and shipping documentation to the appropriate departments
o Create paper logs as needed for operations, warehouse, and QC/QA
o Prepare and schedule FedEx pick ups
o Coordinate services (breakroom supplies, copier maintenance, etc.)
o Fielding any complaints that may come in and forwarding to the appropriate department
· INVENTORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Data entry into ERP system (receipts, material movement, quarantine, etc.)
o Management of new customer/new material entry into ERP
o Follow up on shipping and receiving issues or delays
o Perform accurate cycle counts
o Submit monthly inventory reports
o Ensuring returns are put away timely and recorded properly
o Ensuring inventory is consumed and labeled according to site procedures and policies
o Utilize barcode inventory system and Warehouse Management System
o Generate completion reports
· Adhere to all cGMP requirements
· Participate in financial and quality audits as required, respond to corrective actions as needed
· Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
· Competent with intermediate to advanced skill level of Microsoft Excel and Word
· Experience with Smartsheet preferred
· Ability to review, comprehend, and disseminate details including part numbers, specifications, and quantities
· Ability to reconcile inventory discrepancies by reviewing the history of inventory movements and identifying errors
· Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers via verbal and written communication
· Ability to problem solve
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Knowledge of ERP systems
– Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Able to lift up to 20 pounds
· Able to push/pull heavy loads using a pallet jack
· Able to sit or stand for periods lasting 2 hours or more while performing repetitive motion tasks
– Able to work in unconditioned environments (both hot and cold)

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
