IT Help Desk, 3rd Shift
As part of our IT help desk response team, you will be supporting Philips’ Direct Radiology teleradiology services and platform. This is for 3rd shift that does require one weekend night shift and can be worked out in 4 – 10 hour nights or 5 – 8 hour nights.
Your role will focus on:
Problem solving and ticket response, either by own analyses or by escalation to a 2nd line support function and chasing the solution.
Updating IT components and systems as required, both hardware and software, in cooperation with the suppliers of the IT components.
Train users on generic technologies, provide advice in the use of technologies, give 1st line support in solving problems and complaints and handle the escalation to the higher support function, in order to minimize the user complaints and maximize the performance of the IT system.
Working closely with other teams such as the RIS AND PLATFORMS to ensure comprehensive and robust end to end service solutions are delivered to the market.
Propose (pro-)active recommendations for improvement in delivery of our IT services.
Application services (e.g. process improvements, FAQ’s, knowledge articles, work instructions).
You’re the right fit if:
You’ve acquired a minimum 2+ years of experience in base level IT support with a minimum of 1 year in healthcare or telehealth preferred.
Your skills with PACS or telehealth are nice to have but not required.
You have a minimum of a High School Degree or Equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
You’re an expert team player with strong communication and customer service skills that thrives in supporting a fast paced critical service our to our Radiology providers.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $$42.00 hourly. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
