Philosophy Education Hiring for EDUCATION RESOURCER FULL TIME Job at London, England , UK Full Time

We are growing very quickly, and we are now looking for a resourcer to join our team to support the recruitment of the highest quality staff in London primary, secondary and SEND schools. This role is full-time and based in our central London office.

The Role

You will be working closely alongside the consultant team to support them to find teaching and support staff for individual roles and our supply staff pool.

The Education Resourcer role will include:

• Searching for and contacting suitable candidates from online job boards




• Undertaking face to face and phone interviews




• Writing candidate profiles suitable for schools




• Editing and updating CVs




• Preparing all compliance paperwork




• Managing the pre-registration online database




• General administration duties




• Answering the phone and supporting with day to day running of the office

Working with Philosophy Education

You will be working alongside a highly-experienced, friendly and professional team who all have around 20 years experience in Education recruitment and teaching. You will be given training and support to develop your education resourcing skills to the highest level.

Essential qualities for the Education Resourcer role:

• Graduate with excellent verbal and written English.




• Excellent writing and editing skills.




• Dedicated work ethic and a positive attitude.




• Superb telephone manner, effective listening and enquiry skills.




• Ability to cope in a busy, pressured environment.




• A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.

Desirable qualities

• Previous recruitment experience/Experience in a school/education environment
