Job Summary:
The day-to-day responsibilities for this position will include a variety of tasks ranging from administrative to clients’ account management. This position will allow for the ability to advance into other positions at our company based on skill set and initiative.
The ideal candidate must be a problem-solver, detail-oriented, and organized. Will demonstrate a positive attitude, a high-level of energy, and the ability to work well under pressure. Those looking to return to the workforce or with a gap in employment.

All positions are work-from-home. Phoenix Advocacy encourages employees to have a designated quiet workspace. This allows employees to fully “sign-off” when they are not working as well as to take full advantage of their working hours.

Phoenix Advocacy seeks to serve clients with complex physical, mental and behavioral health concerns, who are encumbered by a myriad of socio-emotional and economic challenges. While other human service agencies and nonprofits are effective in providing many services, many are limited to serving a specific demographic or specific set of services, such as single mothers, the working poor, or services for addiction recovery. In order to better serve these underserved individuals, Phoenix Advocacy provides Resource Management, Case Management, Advocacy, and SSA Disability Representation.
