Phoenix Behavioral Health Services, LLC is growing and expanding and is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist.

Phoenix Behavioral Health Services is a Mental Health clinic and a provider of ABA autism services throughout the state of Wisconsin. Phoenix is a family-oriented company that uses a team approach in developing and providing individualized treatment that promotes growth and development of each client.

Qualification and Skills:

· Must be able to multitask and work in a high-volume, fast paced environment

· Have an extreme attention to detail

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality

· Excellent communication skills via- telephone, written, and interpersonal

· Computer skills including Microsoft and Excel

· Office/clinic experience preferred

· At least 18yrs of age

· High school Diploma or equivalent

· Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

Job duties/responsibilities:

· Greeting clients

· Completing check in process

· Answering calls and directing them to the proper department

· Schedules appointments

· Assisting clinicians and staff as needed

· Collect and posts payments

· Light cleaning duties and other office duties as assigned
