(Full time – Evening until 8pm and weekends)
JOB SUMMARY: The Customer Service Specialist will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer (predominately apparel) and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phone. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
LOCATION: Duluth, Georgia.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions.
Updates job knowledge by participating in training and other educational opportunities.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college education or other technical training preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting, desired. Intermediate computer skills and experience.
JUDGMENT AND INITIATIVE: Must function well with minimum supervision. Must be a detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Strong oral and written communication skills in English required to interpret and relay job specifications, prepare reports etc., as well as for regular formal and informal communication with staff, consumers/workers and outside business.
PAY RANGE: $15 per hour
Requirements for working remotely
1). A recent model Mac or Windows based PC or laptop with a second monitor and mouse.
2). A home wired internet connection service such as Charter, Comcast, AT&T, etc.
3). A cell or home phone service with unlimited voice calling and a good quality headset with microphone.
