Government Facility Maintenance Manager

This a government contractor position that requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a combination of construction, maintenance, and operation of facilities and utilities on a military installation. Experience in operation and maintenance of utility plants and systems is highly desirable, in addition to experience directly managing recurring maintenance programs (RWP), and service calls for maintenance or repair of government facilities. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate a minimum of 6 years recent management level experience in construction, facility maintenance, facility repair, and in the operation of physical plants and utilities. Applicant must be familiar with Section 106 of The National Historic Preservation Act.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Management of a USAF Base real property maintenance section

Knowledge of and experience in managing a team with multiple functions that include recurring, preventive, and corrective property maintenance and repair.

Knowledge of and experience in managing a budget for real property maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required:

Experience working with USAF Civil Engineering

Knowledge/Experience working with Integrated Work Order Information Management System (IWIMS)

Knowledge/Experience working with Automated Civil Engineering System (ACES)

Knowledge of USAF real property management and maintenance

Knowledge of and experience managing a team with multiple functions

Knowledge of and experience with real property recurring maintenance and facility service calls.

Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
