We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Event Experience Intern to assist team members with the planning and execution of revenue department events, including managing invites, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all logistical details are addressed. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the event industry, work closely with clients and vendors, and contribute to the success of high-profile events.

What You Will Do

• Help with administrative duties such as preparing event materials, managing RSVP lists, and developing run of shows.
• Work closely with inter-departments and third-party vendors to support department events, hospitality and in game hospitality (sales prospecting events, Fantasy Camps, B2B events, VIP gameday experiences, etc.)
• Coordinate talent appearances for partner events as needed (e.g. Gorilla, Scorch, dancers, emcees, players, alumni)
• Support on-site event activities, including setup, breakdown, and managing event flow. Ensure that all elements of the event run smoothly and according to the plan.
• Provide exceptional service to event guests, including greeting attendees and addressing inquiries.
• Regular travel in-market to support department (e.g. vendor/client pickups and drop-offs)
• Participate in post-event evaluations to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist the team in developing premium gifting (e.g. road trips, premium sales team events, partner initiatives)

What We Need From Our Event Experience Intern

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required. A genuine interest in the events industry and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed based on event schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is an advantage.
• Commitment to providing high-quality service and creating a positive guest experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.

Experience/ Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be a college junior, senior, or enrolled in a master’s program
• Pursuing a hospitality, event management, or sports related degree (preferred)
