Alarm Technician – North Dublin region

On-target Earnings (OTE) – €35, 000 + uncapped commission

PhoneWatch is Ireland’s largest home safety company. We protect over 110,000 homes and small businesses nationwide. We are currently looking to recruit for our Field Operations department.

Applications are invited for the post of Installation & Maintenance Engineer based in North Co. Dublin – uncapped earning potential!

This vacancy is a full time permanent position. Key Duties:

• The position involves the installation and maintenance of alarm systems.
• Carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and recommend additional components customers should consider purchasing in order to enhance their overall level of security and safety.
• Recommendation and Up-sale of additional components to customers in line with agreed targets

Key Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and complete job related documentation
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential
• Being customer focused to increase sales by selling additional products to suit security needs
• Ability to use hand-tools
• Full clean driving licence is essential
• Safe Pass/Manual handling/Ladder training is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Please note that all applicants must be aged 23 or over
