FULL TIME Front Desk Receptionist.
Monday-Friday and some weekends.
10 and 12 hour shifts.

Essential Responsibilities:
Answering Phones.
Verifying Insurance.
Scheduling and checking in patients.
Maintain safe and clean working environment.
Execute follow-up calls.
Obtain and accurately documents patient medical information.
Follow documentation procedures.
Adhere to infection control/safety guidelines.
Maintain patient confidentially and HIPAA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Ability to work closely with Medical Providers.
Ability to be proficient using computers.
Ability to work efficiently in a team or solo environment.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work 10/12 hour shifts.
Ability to work some weekends.
Ability to work on-call shifts- 2 to 4 per month.
Experience:
1+ year of clinical office experience in a patient care preferred.
Experience using an EHR system is helpful.
Computer experience is a must.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
