• PROCESS SERVER – LEGAL DOCUMENT COURIER

Established Investigative Company is in need of an EXPERIENCED Process Server for Legal Document delivery. Preferred candidate is presently working as a process server and seeking more papers to increase their income. Server should have experience and knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure.

Service of Process includes; simple postings, bank garnishments, civil proceedings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• EXPERIENCE
• Over the Age of 18
• Pass a Background Check
• Have Computer with scanner/printer, internet access and Smart Phone
• Knows Colorado Rules of Civil Process (CRCP)
• Good work ethics (Communication is a MUST)
• RELIABILITY
• Dependable and insured transportation
• Be pleasant and personable when delivering documents
• Be local to area

This is a contract position (1099), and you have the ability to work around your schedule.

We pay our servers the same regardless of bad addresses or unsuccessful attempts.
