Summitt Pianos is the host for the Chattanooga Music Teachers Association recitals, annual auditions, and other musical events. Summitt Pianos provides a Steinway & Sons 9′ Concert grand piano to area concerts and for the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera.

Job Summary

A Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting and directing guests, managing incoming phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail and occasional database entry. Once this team member masters the basic job duties, they will be brought in to assist various departments with needed project work

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work in a fun environment with a great team of people

• Greet and Direct Guests

• Manage incoming calls and paperwork

• Prepare correspondence to send to advisors and their clients

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail

• Data entry into company systems

• Assist various departments with project work

Qualifications and Skills

• College degree strongly preferred

• Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships

• Ability to Quickly learn/follow procedures and master new technology

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• High level of attention to detail and organization

• Strong problem solving skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
