The Opportunity
Picton Mahoney Asset Management is expanding its innovative wealth platform and is presently seeking a self-driven operations leader to support the launch and growth of this exciting initiative. The Manager/Director, Wealth Services will be responsible for building and supporting the day-to-day activities of our wealth platform while ensuring they are delivered in compliance with our regulators and internal policies. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have prior middle/back-office experience with an asset/wealth manager, and be willing to lead by example by rolling up their sleeves during early stages of the platform to expansion. Being a part of this new venture means there will be plenty of opportunities to learn, explore different parts of the business as the role will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, bring new ideas to life, and evolve as the business grows.
