P.I.E. Management a professional staffing agency is seeking an experienced Clerical Support Specialist for a local school district in Detroit, MI. Work schedule is Monday- Friday.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or G.E.D Certificate

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing with a varied audience, including internal and external stakeholders and the community

· Excellent typing skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Proficient in MS Office Suite

· Experience with Oracle’s PeopleSoft applications preferred

· Must be able to pass background check

Duties:

· Perform as the primary customer service representative for the Employee Health Services division, including answering phones, returning calls, responding to inquiries, and providing friendly customer service

· Prepare, send and receive correspondence on behalf of the division (including email, U.S. mail and fax, and by using mail merge)

· Advise stakeholders on processes and procedures

· Maintain division files and databases, including confidential documents, and respond to requests for division files and information

· Perform data entry processes, including in databases and trackers

· Perform clerical duties in support of the leave management, disability accommodation, and benefits administration functions

· Perform other related duties as assigned by Employee Health Services leadership

· Pay Rate: $20-25 Hourly
