Location – Piedmont Atlanta Hospital
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors at strategic entrances to the Hospital, providing directions, general information, or transportation assistance.
Required Hours: Day shift and will rotate shifts depending on what screening station assigned. Hours are 5:45am-6:15pm or 6:45am/7am – 5pm.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
None.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of experience as a customer service representative or similar job serving customers, preferably in the healthcare industry.
