Business Operations sits at the intersectionof Ping’s business, and you will serve as a strategic advisor,analyst, strategic transformation owner, communications partner, andmanager of operations and program management teams. You will drive clarity,alignment, transformation, and prioritization.You Will:Partner closely with our Chief Operating officer to accelerate Ping’s globalexecution success in Product, Marketing, Sales, Professional Servicesand Customer Success.Drive operational cadence with public company rigor and transparency.Collaborate with team members across Ping to analyze the business, identifycritical challenges, define and prioritize solutionsLead a team to oversee the successful delivery of those solutions, being achampion of solving operational needsOversee strategic planning processes that ensure Ping is setting the rightdirection across all teams, and aligned for successful execution ofstrategic goalsGuide team in analyzing product performance, extracting meaningfulinsights, and supporting process improvements for Product Management andEngineeringLead Program Management organization focused on delivering businesstransformation projects, product release readiness, and program managementbest practicesCraft presentations to communicate critical information through a variety ofavenues – Board meetings, company wide kickoffs, business reviews, etc.You Have:10+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, strategy,operations, finance, or project managementBachelor’s degree in a business or technical fieldExperience leading initiatives, delivering impact, and succeeding in ahigh-growth spaceA passion for working in a cross-functional environment with an ability towork with a range of partners across the organization to manage expectationsand drive alignmentAn ability to break down problems into the most important parts, defineassumptions, and facilitate decisionsExperience with financial and key metric analysis, and an ability to linkdisparate pieces of information to understand the full problem, and explainit simplyExecutive presentation experience – creating outstanding content andcommunicating essential information effectivelyUnderstanding of organizational change management – known for driving theoperational and communications efforts needed to help move hearts and mindsfrom one state to the nextA highly collaborative approach – you partner well with others and take deeppride in shared outcomesOur Benefits:Open PTOParental LeaveFree Healthcare Option401(k) MatchGenerous Holiday ScheduleCommuter OffsetEducation ReimbursementPing Identity is an equal opportunity employer.
