Pinnacle Driveaway Hiring for Data Entry Coordinator at Bristol, IN Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and successful Account Manager who has the ability to work well with clients and fellow employees. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment as well as independently. The Account Manager position is directly related to the operations department, so candidates must have extensive knowledge of the constantly changing operations nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the reporting of timely pick-up and delivery of shipments

· Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements in Excel Spreadsheets

· Update internal customer data in Excel spreadsheets

· Help with incoming customer’s questions & inquiries via email, phone, and text

· Help with managing calls

· Make outgoing phone calls & emails to communicate with customers, service partners and operations team

· Prepare accurate reports for upper management in Excel, Powerpoint and audibly

· Arrange same-day deliveries with operations whenever possible

· Prepare accurate invoices in SAP software

Qualifications

· Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

· Computer-savvy with a stong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

· Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
