Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management of the company’s technical level, organize the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical solutions;

2. Improve the business process and management system of the R&D department, ensure high-efficiency and high-quality technical output, promote the precipitation and sharing of technical achievements, and ensure their effectiveness and sustainability;

3. Responsible for the construction and training of the R&D team, and improve the overall organizational ability and efficiency output of the team;

4. Responsible for the formulation of the goals of the R&D department, and promote the implementation of team goals and personal goals; guide and review all project technical solutions, and conduct quality assessments after the project is completed;

Job Requirements:

1. Years of R&D team management experience, rich experience in mobile product development;

2. Familiar with a variety of computer languages and skills, with full-stack development capabilities;

3. Possess innovation ability, execution ability and leadership ability, good interpersonal coordination and communication ability;

4. Have successful experience in leading the team to develop mobile product projects from 0-1.
