Job Brief:

We are looking for a qualified Business Consultant to help our clients reform their payment program and support their business by providing fully-supported payment solutions . You will be an important ally to every enterprise who wants to invest in change and improvement and needs help as to where and how.

A successful business consultant has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many facets of business and market forces. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase profitability and efficiency.

The goal is to contribute to the clients’ long lasting success so that our reputation can expand along with our clientele.

Job Descriptions:

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements and needs.

• Gather enterprise business information and payment processing statements for financial analysis

• Follow up with potential clients to further engage business opportunities

• Meet with potential clients when needed and perform an initial proposal to better help them with their business while utilizing our solutions and services.

• Create a great first impression for prospective Pipestone merchants by using storytelling, case studies and other materials to inspire them about how our solutions and program could benefit their businesses

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain positive working relationships with merchants, enterprises and partners for business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Business, Finance, Marketing or relevant field background prefered.

• Experience in related field preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Outstanding problem-solving skills

• Enthusiastic attitude, quick learner

• Fluent in English. Mandarin, Spanish or other languages are a plus.

• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
