About the Role:
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant based out of our national distribution centre and head offices in East Tamaki. You will work alongside an exceptional group of individuals who love challenging work as much as they love a bit of fun; in a workplace where everyone feels like family and is treated as equals.
Our warehouse provides full support to our New Zealand wide franchise network and OEM customers. The key function of our facility is on-time product supply and distribution across the country, including hose assembly, testing, and certification.
Based at our East Tamaki warehouse you would report to our Warehouse Manager.
The role will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock replenishment
• Accurately picking stock
• Hose assembly
• Hose testing
• Cyclic stocktake
• General warehousing duties
• Customer service
• Preparation of freight bookings
• Administration
• Quality checks

Hours, location and duration:
• This is a permanent, full-time role.
• Previous experience within a warehouse and / or a mechanical background is preferred but not essential.
• Full on-site and on-going product training will be provided, and further career opportunities may exist. After-hours availability may be required along with some flexibility around working hours.
• A forklift license is preferable but not essential for the right candidate. Some heavy lifting is required so an appropriate level of fitness is needed.
Wages will be subject to experience and will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
