Pit Stop Auto And Tire is an independent, auto repair shop. We are a NAPA AutoCare Center with ASE-certified technicians on staff who undergo continuous training to maintain their certification and stay up to date on the best repair practices for your vehicle.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join the Administrative team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the member, provider, and staff information.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails.
- Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to copying, scanning, mailing, and filing (electronic).
- Answer incoming phone calls and/or promptly return all calls from customers and internal staff
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Help prepare materials for distribution, orientations, meetings, and other events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Words, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and prior experience in data entry.
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team building environment.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, interpersonal, and outgoing characteristics and personalities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
