Job Description:
Pitney Bowes is seeking a Market Research Manager focusing on Client Experience to be located in our Stamford, CT Headquarters or can be remote from the US East Coast. This individual will report to the Director of Client Experience Intelligence team, which is part of the greater Market Intelligence and Client Analytics division. This is a highly visible position, with opportunity for growth within a company poised for future success. This role will lead the customer satisfaction research program for several Business Units and develop high-impact insight-based recommendations. The ideal candidate should be data savvy with thorough knowledge of quantitative research skills and market research experience such as client satisfaction research, product research, service experience and transactional research, etc.
The Market Research Manager needs to demonstrate solid judgment while consulting with clients on research options, data driven insights, and recommended solutions to improve client experience and business processes.
Qualifications & Skill requirements:
5-10 years of experience in client satisfaction or related research including survey design, survey programming, data analysis, reporting and presentation of findings
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Ability to translate data into compelling stories with action plans appropriate for a variety of internal stakeholders
Data and technically savvy with prior experience with automated reporting tools or with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) a plus
Knowledge of statistical concepts and advanced analytics to identify the right approach to analyze research data
Experience with Confirmit, Qualtrics, Excel, SAS, R, SPSS or other statistical platforms
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to senior management and other business users
Bachelor’s Degree required – MBA/ MA desired
Responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end client satisfaction research projects including project intake, survey development, survey programing, data collection, data analyses, develop and present results via PowerPoint presentations
Must be able to develop compelling and concise results presentations with relevant data, insights, and be able to interpret trends or patterns of complex data sets
Develop data-driven, actionable insights from structured and unstructured data to help business partners improve client experience and seize growth opportunities
Build and deliver executive level presentations, complete with infographics, data insights, and recommendations to mitigate negative impact or improve client experience
Participate in optimization practices including A/B and multivariate testing to continually improve survey processes
