Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inside sales representative to help service our existing customer base and successfully acquire new customers. Our ideal person has in-depth knowledge of and experience with office equipment and SaaS sales, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success. The role demands a sharp mind and the ability to grow your pipeline of opportunities.

The Job

• Create new sales opportunities through identification of key business prospects and solution selling to existing clientele as well as identify new clients
• Grow market share by expanding and upgrading sales to existing customers
• Manage the Sales Process from end to end
• Optimise marketing campaigns and sales leads to deliver revenue and margin targets
• Complete sales documentation to required standard within timeframes

As an Inside Sales Client Manager, you have:

• Previous experience/Sales background selling IT solutions
• Excellent communication and phone sales techniques
• Outstanding relationship building and networking ability
• The drive to succeed in a high performing team

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years in a similar role ideally focused on SaaS and office equipment sales
• Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from lead generation to close
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
