Primary Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take, transfer or respond to all incoming calls and company emails.
• Will assist all departments on a request basis for support services.
• Assist with order entry for all product lines.
• Assist in quoting and arranging freight quotations and scheduling product pick up.
• Assisting Marketing in lead entry, sending catalogs and vinyl samples.
• Will coordinate travel arrangements for all personnel.
• Track costs associated with all sales and marketing trade shows.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Post secondary education preferred but not required
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office programs word and excel, email and use of the internet.
• Good phone etiquette
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing within the department, company and customers as necessary.
• Organized with strong attention to details.
• Ability to interpret and work from oral and written instructions.
• Ability to maintain and manage confidential information
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to legibly document data for record keeping purposes.
• Excellent communication skills in effectively working with co-workers .
• Ability to remain calm and professional during peak periods of activity.
• Knowledge of work instructions and the ability to manage multiple tasks/duties simultaneously.
• Ability to work daily and extended hours as required.
• Ability to assist in other work related areas as required.

Administrative Duties:

• Answering and routing phone calls
• Greeting visitors
