Compensation;
Our Sales Trainee program offers a base salary of $40-50k plus an unlimited commission plan. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program, 3 weeks’ vacation per year and quarterly bonuses.
Our process;
If we review your resume and feel you might be a good fit, then our CEO will contact you directly to talk about your work experience and the opportunity at Pivotal. If you impress our CEO then you will have a phone interview with one of the senior members of the Recruiting division to learn more about the day to day responsibilities of the position. After that call if everyone is still interested in moving forward then you will have a final call with the CEO to set clear expectations of the role and answer any final questions. Final step is to check references and then present an offer letter. Apply now to begin your journey with Pivotal!
