Position Summary: You will contribute to the overall success of the People & Culture team by building and enabling programs that support our talent strategy. You will create a positive employee experience by focusing on growth and learning of Pivoters. Reporting to the VP Talent, you will support the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of Pivoter- centric learning solutions. This role is open to anywhere remote in Canada.
Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and implement Pivotree’s learning and development strategy • Own all stages of the learning lifecycle including tool identification, curriculum design, content development, delivery support, measurement and maintenance • Create a robust process and framework for identifying learning needs to base learning curriculum on • Design, deliver and manage organization wide learning events and solutions • Build and support tools that align with the learning strategy, learning experience platform, including learning pathways, course catalogs,etc • Apply change management best practices across all initiatives that impact people and culture • Design, prepare, analyze, and report learning evaluation metrics • Maintain knowledge of industry trends in global talent development • Partner with HRBPs and leadership to provide insights on talent using data and analytics to support business leaders; prioritize talent programs and initiatives • Own the HRIS talent modules Key Skills and Competencies: • You are passionate, a subject matter expert in the Learning & Development space • You have learning agility, creative thinking and problem solving • You are technology savvy – advanced knowledge of google suite, excel etc • You focus on results and outcomes What We Offer: • Being part of a compelling vision and join us on our journey towards frictionless commerce • Get to work with great colleagues • Being part of an organization that cares about your wellbeing, demonstrated not only through our benefits, uncapped vacation policies and engagement programs we offer but also through the relationships we build with each other Pivotree is an equal opportunity employer.
