We are recruiting for positions in our Los Angeles Studio, where we would like to welcome anyone with the right experience to work in a fresh and challenging environment. We are currently looking to hire a Front Desk PA to join our growing team in LA. The ideal candidate would have a desire to learn and grow in the VFX Industry.

The Front Desk Production Assistant is responsible for making the first impression for clients and new hires at the Studio.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone and directing general inquiries to the appropriate people.
• Greeting and signing in clients, visitors, and service vendors.
• Assist with the on-boarding of new employees.
• Maintaining a neat and organized studio environment.

• Actively seek ways to improve communication and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience or interest in the VFX, Animation, or post-production industry.
• Experience in a reception, runner, production assistant, customer service, or support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with MS Office Suite software.
• Excellent communication and project planning skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, and solve problems.
