PLACERS Hiring for Data Entry Processor at New Castle, DE Full Time

Placers is seeking a Data Implementation Processor for our premier client site located in New Castle, DE. The responsibilities of this role include proofreading, analyzing, and data entry. Microsoft word and excel will be utilized on a daily basis. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must!

Part time

$18/hr

Mon-Fri

10am-2pm (20-30 hours a week)

Responsibilities:

• inputting critical production, logistics, inventory information: manufacturing spare parts inventory, consumption, confirmation and posting data

• Collecting the production information in a timely manner to convert into the data system

• Completes raw material and semi-finished good consumptions

• Inventory and schedule the supply of materials/components to meet production

• Accurately conduct monthly inventory cycle counts

• Handle documentation for domestic and global containers, and post transactions

• Ensuring material is ready to ship, paperwork and shipments are on time

Requirements:

• Prefer 1 to 2 years of manufacturing industry working experience

• Knowledge of SAP is preferred

• Strong computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Ability to accurately complete work on a tight schedule
