Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all horticulture and arboricultural, Landscaping Works including Koi pond, water features and systems.
- Plan the work programme and continually assess, meeting with Client/his representatives or appointed Consultant, review and improve on performance including the conduct of risk assessment and management.
- Conduct regular inspection, prepare necessary reports and carry out all necessary measures to meet the Service Level Agreement for internal and external soft landscape areas, water feature areas and plant display.
- Attend joint site inspect with the Client/ his representatives or appointed Consultant and attend to defects and shortcomings highlighted during such inspection within a reasonable time. Notify in writing to Client’s representatives or appointed Consultant any defects and recommendation.
- Carrying out Visual Tree Assessment to the trees and submit required periodic VTA reports.
- Manage landscape upgrading and improvement works with landscape design including landscape construction as assigned by Client/his representatives.

Requirements
- Diploma in Horticulture/ Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management and Arborist certification from International Society of Arboriculture (ISA)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal and organisation skills
- Working hours : 5.5-day
