Platinum Recruitment are pleased to be partnering with this client again, this time to fill Electricians roles. Due to expansion and successful recent tendering, my client is in need of multiple registered electricians.

Our client is a successful, well established company in the South Island and due to recent workloads increasing, they require a few more good electricians to add to the team. There will never be a lack of work and there is also a real possibility for career growth here.

The successful candidate will be/ have:
NZ Registered Electrician
Minimum of 3 years industrial work experience in the trade
Clean NZ Drivers licence
Currently eligible to work in NZ

The Role
Basic Electrical duties including but not limited to:
Layout, wire and install conduit, wireway and junction boxes on machinery. Able to read and work from electrical schematics.

• Trouble shoot job as it is being built on a daily basis.
• Operate all equipment necessary to perform this job, i.e. various hand tools, and meters, volt tester, amp clamp, levels, wire strippers, hydraulic punch.
• Other functions as directed

You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate with a possibility of overtime as and when required.
