Platinum Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a leading Otago business in their search for an Office Support for their Dunedin Central Office.
Our client is a leading provider of retail hardware solutions for offices and businesses in the region. They are looking for a Front of House Office Administrator who has a positive attitude and can provide exceptional customer service
The hours for this role will be 30 hours 8.30am 2pm
Training will be provided.
The role will be responsible for:
- Organising and coordinating Dunedin’s office operations and procedures
- Office reconciliation and data entry
- Managing creditors and debtors, using MYOB
- Maintaining the high standards of customerservicethey are known to deliver
- Managing local inventory
The successful candidate will be able to display the following:
- Currently living in Dunedin
- Office management or office administration experience
- Confident and strong customer service skills
- A valid New Zealand Drivers License
- Natural problem solver
