Our client is looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 2 months.
We are looking for someone with strong experience across these key areas:
- Coordination of correspondence, diary management, and daily agendas
- General administration
- Communicating with all levels within the company via phone, email or face-to-face
- Database management
- Filing, scanning, data entry and processing information
- Records and document management
