We are looking for talented web developers who will be a crucial part of our client’s web development team.
The selected candidate will gather user requirements which includes technical feasibility assessments, design explorations, strategic analysis and consensus building with the stakeholders.
The candidate should be able to conceptualize visuals based on requirements and come up with key ideas to implement them on web/mobile

Job Description (Web Specialist)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, storyboards to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design & build prototypes, web pages, and web-based mobile experiences
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic according to brand guidelines
- Create, adapt and test graphics (e.g. banners/key visuals including animated gif) across the required media, including electronic direct mail (EDM), push messages, social media posts etc.
- Regional IT operation support for the corporate portal and Web Management System (AEM)
- Provide first line technical support to APAC regional subsidiaries’ marketing, ecommerce and internal operation team.
- Handle service requests and troubleshoot any user/system-related issues and queries.
- Engage with HQ development team to resolve issues, which need implementation.
- Provide technical consultancy and workaround solutions during urgency.
- Understand, share HQ guidelines (design, system, policies) & provide the necessary proper compliant guidance, materials and techniques.
- Support integration of online applications/microsites & third-party solutions with the system.
- Co-work closely with security and analytic teams to support the overall operations.
- Conduct system training to stakeholders
Requirement:
- Required skills: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Relevant experience as a designer in a digital/ interactive/ online/ e-commerce focused organization is preferred.
- Possess 3-5 years of working knowledge/experience in web technologies (.NET / PHP / Java, MSSQL, HTML5, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript, XML, JSON, CSS/SCSS/SASS)
- Knowledge & experience on Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.
- Experience in IT operation support for digital marketing activities will be a plus.
- Have good understanding on web security vulnerabilities
