Do you want to make a different to young people’s lives? Are you looking for a new challenge? Maybe you are an NQT or fresh from University and looking to join a teacher training programme for your first teaching role?
We are looking to recruit an ambitious English ‘Flying Start’ tutor to join our highly successful team on a part-time fixed contract basis.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to:
- Deliver small group, weekly inspirational lessons to maintain our high standards and achievement rates
- Contribute to the planning, development and review of assessments
- Promote high levels of attendance, achievement and retention of all our learners.
The ideal candidate will be professional, hardworking and a team player, tuition will be predominantly GCSE level to those students with knowledge gaps due to the recent TAG grades received in the past two years.
We offer excellent training and support for NQTs, a teacher training programme for university graduates, as well as CPD opportunities for all teaching staff to enable them to develop and progress across the curriculum.
