Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
The mahi of our Kaiāwhina supports healthy pēpē, tamariki, confident whānau and connected communities. It involves working with whānau Māori, focusing on identifying and enhancing whānau strengths and providing support with health promotion, health education within a variety of settings.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Kaiāwhina to work on a permanent basis 7 days per fortnight/0.7 FTE to provide client services across the area.

We are an energetic, busy team of 7 Plunket nurses and a Community Karitane (health worker), who work well together providing Tamariki Ora services in Rotorua and surrounding rural areas. Our team embraces collegial support and connectedness.
