The Product Manager position is responsible of building products according to market needs and customers’ demand. Leads the end-to-end product strategy and execution (Design, Roadmap, Features Definition, Overall coordination) in line with the needs of the 3 stakeholders’ client/consumer/merchant.

• A position to fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding. Improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Leads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off and release criteria.
• Creates a 3-year product roadmap to realize this vision, from MVP to market launch.
• Drives the product development and in-life product management process.
• Assesses Risks & Opportunities continuously & make course corrections, whenever needed during the product development process.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. Identifies emerging competitive trends in the product area and find ways to adapt current products/ develop new products to remain ahead of competition.
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members. (Provides guidance on all key elements of product marketing mix in clear articulation with the country marketing, sales and merchant teams: value proposition, pricing guidelines)
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed. (Runs surveys, conducting A/B tests, especially on the proposed UI/ UX)

• Ability to translate business into technical requirements & vice versa.
• Ability to analyse consumer/client insights & behavior.
• Proficiency in research and analysis: Competitive analysis, business analysis, market assessment.
• Knowledge of pricing & revenue modelling.
• Ability to define & track success metrics.
• Project management (desirable agile methodology)
• Brand Management – positioning, value proposition, branding & nomenclature, writing briefs.
• Manages ambiguity: Operates effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear Ability to execute on multiple projects with extensive detail coordination.
• Cultivates innovation: Creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
• Customer focus: Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
• Collaborate: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• 3-5 years proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven experience with development of product and marketing strategies.
• University degree in marketing, product design, engineering, or a related field. MBA Desirable.
• Fluency in English (advanced)
