• Lean Maniac – Read all the books – Come up with daily improvements – Embrace and promote LEAN in all its ways and forms.
• Improvement focus communication avoiding talking about personal or irrelevant matters while at work
• Fast learner. Overworking weaknesses making them the strength.
• Extremely focused, avoiding over processing or jumping from task to task
• Work fast and efficiently – Understand the tasks and execute them without wasting time or rumbling around.
• Extreme Attention to Detail, able to see waste.
• Honest: Able to speak out 
• Perfect time management. Able to prioritice and focus on completing the task before starting a new one.
• You will keep the bar high and the rope tight after the trial period, excelling at your duties
• Have a good English grammar and able to communicate without mistakes
• Initiative 

Key attributes:

• Minimum 3 years experience in CNC Operating (AutoCAD, Imos, Woodwop)
• Cabinet-making & kitchen install experience.
• Humble, curious & dedicated 
• Thrive in a clean & organized environment 
• Creative & Process improvement orientated. (Always seeking to improve processes)
• Able to understand drawings and work with precise dimensions.
• Problem solver. Able to identify issues and contribute to their resolution.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to learn new skills and committed to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Implement LEAN values to the workplace 
• Continuous improvement of existing systems.
• Construct and assemble cabinet components.
• Verify and double check all calculations to ensure accuracy.
• Continuous cleaning and repair all equipment necessary for your work.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

We offer:

• 32 to 40 hours per week at $29.6 per hour.
