The Office manager is responsible and well versed in supply chain and logistics, inventory management and maintain relations with all accounts payable and receivable clients. This position requires constant communication with our B2B and B2C sales and marketing team and warehouse staff to ensure that are properly supported.

The Idea Candidate must have previous work experience in logistic, inventory management and invoicing and accounts payable and receivable. Experience working with in the beauty or health industry an asset.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory management via Quickbooks
• Ability to multi- task and prioritize based on importance
• Able to follow policies and procedures and complete administrative tasks on time
• Shipping and receiving goods to and from warehouse and delivering it to customers on time
• Ensuring returned products are received back from our customers within agreed timeframe
• Consolidate and validate monthly billing from our vendors is accurate before going to accounts payable.
• Complete all tasks on all importation and receiving of products from our vendors
• Enforce warehouse health and safety codes
• Tracks, traces and updates the statues of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare correct and accurate invoices for all orders
• Collect payment from accounts/customers in a timely manner
• Preparing documents/excel sheets for product submission for vendors
• Prepare and generating reports as requests by brands and the company
• Managing warehouse inventory -with monthly inventory stock take
• Manage supply chain and coordinate with vendors, custom brokers, and freight forwarders
• Manage the export and importation of shipment from various parts of the world, organize import/export procedures and requirement to ensure full compliance with all the involved country regulations
• Identify and resolve any logistic issues as they arise
• Support the development of system, policies, procedures and processes.
• Manage QC checks
• Manage and negotiate freight rates with carriers and suppliers in order to redeuce operating costs
• Work both with B2B and B2C teams to support with inventory forecasting by providing monthly inventory and soon to expire reports.
• Other tasks as assigned

Essential requirements:

• High school Diploma
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience in Microsoft office and Google Drive
• Strong skills in generating reports aimed at providing key in formation in an efficient manner
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to multitask and work together with B2B sales team, warehouse staff and also other company staff members

Technology Knowledge

• Proficient in MS office applications specially outlook and excel
• Proficient in Google drive
• Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $57,510.00-$63,727.00 per year
