A reputable and real estate agency based in Sydney is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer for an immediate start. This is a full-time, ongoing position is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects.

The full-time role will report to the Director and will be responsible for driving the effective implementation of key marketing strategies, analysing business processes, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches. The role is also responsible for the implementation of communication strategies to strengthen relationships with all key stakeholders and to ensure that all communications are integrated, accurate and accessible to stakeholder audiences.

Duties include:

· Study and define the requirements based on the inputs from clients and other departments of the company

· Propose feasible design architectures using description, prototypes, diagrams, flowcharts, and layouts

· Develop software solutions with necessary interfaces based on the design specifications

· Test, investigate, debug, and correct errors on the code to ensure compliance with the quality requirements

· Deploy, integrate, improve, and maintain the product through regular monitoring and feedback

· Document software processes, functions, maintenance, and usage

· Provide training and user support.

The successful candidate will have a relevant bachelor degree with at least 2 years of work experience in sales and marketing and must have a strong understanding of the industry. Excellent verbal communication and organisation skills will be highly regarded.

Salary

Salary is $100,000 to $130,000 + super depending on experience.
