Pono Security is seeking a highly capable and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Administration., with a starting rate of $20/hour, paid weekly!

This is a full-time remote position with standard yet flexible working hours Monday-Friday, starting at $20 per hour with room for growth.

The core responsibilities of this position include:

• assisting with research

• issuing certificates of insurance for businesses

• booking travel accommodations

• developing and documenting best practices including data organization and preservation,

• state research and license submissions

• other tasks as assigned by the Director

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, focused, organized, and able to stay on task. This position will include weekly meetings with the Director of Administration and other members of the team as well as other time-sensitive tasks.
