As Chief Executive, you will have overall responsibility for the commercial development and delivery of the strategic, business, and operational plans. You will partner with a highly supportive board and senior leadership team to grow and strengthen the company to ensure its sustainability. You will be leading the financial, commercial and operating performance of the airport, and ensuring the airport operates safely and efficiently. Optimising infrastructure investment and return, and stakeholder engagement will be a core focus in this role.

An outward-thinking, innovative and stakeholder-focused approach is key here. You will be a proven executive leader, with the strategic ability to steer commercial operations, lead future direction, maximise asset utilisation and manage shareholder expectations. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and be accountable for the safe and successful management of this airport. Experience in infrastructure, long-life assets and property development will be highly regarded. Exposure to the aviation sector would be advantageous, although not essential. Affinity with compliance and regulatory-based operating models, and commercial frameworks dependent on highly effective partnerships and stakeholder engagement will help ensure your success.
